- We provide frameworks, advisory, guidance, and structured pathway; execution dependence always remains shared.
6. Intellectual Property

- Methodologies
- Documents
- Templates
- Brand identity
- Website designs & texts
- is exclusive intellectual property of Arvune Holding LLC.
- No duplication, resale, licensing, publication, or distribution is permitted without written authorization.
- Violation permits immediate termination + legal recovery.
7. Confidentiality
- Both parties shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding any shared information, strategy, financials, proprietary data or documents during and after engagement; except where required by law.
8. Pricing, Payments & Refunds (Pending Table)
- All advisory engagements, frameworks, mandates, licensing and collaboration models are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless stated otherwise in a formal agreement.

- Arvune shall not be liable for:
- Business loss, opportunity cost or indirect damages
- Outcome failure due to external or execution-dependent reasons
- Decisions taken solely by client based on advisory input
- Maximum liability (if ever applicable by court) is limited to the amount paid to Arvune for the specific engagement only.
11. Prohibited Activities: Cryptocurrency & Digital Assets
- Arvune does not provide services relating to cryptocurrency trading, token sale facilitation, mining operations, digital asset investment, crypto-deposit solicitation, or token-based fundraising. Arvune does not promise financial returns, investment yields, or asset appreciation outcomes. Any claim, request, or solicitation for cryptocurrency-related engagement made using the Arvune name is unauthorized and considered fraudulent.
- Clients and visitors agree that Arvune shall not be held responsible for losses, damages, or disputes arising from third-party individuals misrepresenting themselves as Arvune representatives offering crypto-related services. Users are encouraged to verify legitimacy by contacting info@arvune.com before proceeding with any communication involving financial exchange.

- Engagement may be terminated:
