Arvune Holding LLC (“Arvune”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates as a U.S.-incorporated strategic advisory, non-equity collaboration, and framework-licensing organisation. Our services involve intellectual capital, proprietary frameworks, and mandate-based consulting engagements which require significant time, expertise, and advisory allocation. Due to the nature of services we provide, which include intellectual deliverables, advisory knowledge transfer, strategic documentation, and access-based engagements; most purchases and mandate payments are non-refundable.
However, we maintain fairness, transparency, and goodwill in all engagements. This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and credits are treated across our service categories.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy defines refund eligibility, service delivery terms, retainer use, cancellation conditions, and no-refund scenarios. By engaging with Arvune, the Client (“you”) agrees to this policy.
1. General Policy
- All advisory services, consulting retainers, collaboration mandates, licensing agreements, and strategic deliverables are non-refundable once initiated.
- Refunds cannot be issued for time invested, intellectual work shared, frameworks delivered, meetings conducted, or documents handed over.
- By engaging with us, you acknowledge understanding of the professional nature of our services.
2. Nature of Services
- Arvune provides professional advisory and collaboration-based services. Services may include but not limited to:
- Strategic advisory & consulting mandates
- Framework licensing & methodology access
- Pre-IPO structuring guidance
- Investor relations & pitch support
- Mandate-based retainer engagements
- Documentation & compliance advisory
- Global accelerator/scale-up programs
- SPV/deal-specific engagements
- As these offerings are intellectual-service based and time-allocated, refunds are handled per terms below.
3. Refund Eligibility (Where Applicable)
- Refunds are only considered under the following limited conditions:
| Scenario | Eligibility |
|---|---|
| Payment made but no onboarding call/session scheduled | Full refund (request within 7 days of payment) |
| Payment made, onboarding call scheduled but no work started | 50% refund (administrative & allocation costs retained) |
| Work commenced, research initiated, documents drafted, or calls conducted | Not eligible |
| Service purchased in error (duplicate payment) | Full refund of duplicate only |
| Subscription-based access (if offered) | Refund handled as per subscription terms provided |
- Other Eligibility criterias:
- Payment Received but Service Not Initiated: If no engagement kickoff, onboarding, meeting, research allocation, or documents have been shared internally/externally [Refund = Payment received – administrative processing fee (5–20%)]
- Service Delay Caused by Arvune: If Arvune is unable to initiate or deliver the agreed scope within the expected timeline, and no alternative slot or extension is mutually accepted, a pro-rated refund may be considered.
- Requests outside these criteria may be considered case-by-case, but approvals are discretionary.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Due to the strategic & intellectual nature of work, refunds are NOT applicable if:
- Strategy sessions/meetings are conducted
- Advisory time is allocated or consumed
- Frameworks, documents, or templates are shared
- Internal research or mandate work has begun
- Client onboarded to any program/licensing
- Delay due to client non-response or pending inputs
- Mandate cancellation by client after acceptance
- All retainers, licensing fees, consultation fees, accelerator enrollments, and mandate payments are NON-REFUNDABLE once work begins.
5. No Refund Applies to
- Advisory Calls (even single session)
- Completed or ongoing strategic work
- Any shared document/report/framework
- Licensing or collaboration rights once issued
- Delays caused by client-side inaction
6. Licensing & Framework Access
- Because frameworks, documents, strategy structures, and intellectual models are instantly usable once shared:
- No refunds apply after access is granted or documents/files are delivered
- Revoking usage does not automatically qualify for refund
- Compliance breach may result in license termination without refund
7. Mandates, Retainers & Engagement Contracts
- For mandates, retainers, pre-IPO structuring engagements, or consulting agreements:
- Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once project kickoff is initiated
- Credits expire 6 months from issuance
- If termination happens mid-mandate, unused hours may be credited for future use (not refunded), subject to Arvune approval
8. Retainer / Mandate Billing Rules
- Retainers are billed in advance (monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Unused advisory hours do not roll over unless contractually agreed
- Early termination does not trigger refund unless explicitly stated in agreement
9. Debt Advisory / Financing Support
- Due to multi-party involvement:
- If financing fails due to client non-compliance, refund is not applicable
- No refund once documentation review, investor matching, or due-diligence tasks begin
10. Change of Scope
- If requirements change mid-engagement, a new commercial scope may be issued. Refunds are not applicable for scope-change decisions initiated by the client.
11. Cancellation Policy
- Service can be cancelled prior to onboarding only
- Post-onboarding cancellation does not grant refund unless covered under clause (3)
12. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Initiating a bank/PayPal/processor dispute without contacting Arvune first is considered breach of agreement
- We reserve right to suspend service access or pursue legal recovery for fraudulent disputes
13. No Physical Returns
- As Arvune offers digital, strategic, advisory & intellectual services, no physical return is applicable.
14. Governing Law
- This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, and disputes shall fall under applicable jurisdiction unless otherwise contractually agreed.
15. Fair-Use Promise
- Even though we operate a non-refund primary structure, we remain:
- Reasonable
- Ethical
